At the edge of a beautiful Breton lake of 60 hectares and the Arguenon and Rosette rivers that reserve you many magnetic and energetic places to discover, Dolo and Jugon-les-lacs, with their lively and dormant waters, now belong to Lamballe Terre et Mer. You will be able to enjoy yourself at the Lou de Dolo pond, along the towpath that borders the Jugon-les-Lacs lake, the customs route along the coast of the beautiful emerald and pink granite coast.

The Forges du Lou are a stone’s throw from the two four ways that lead you quickly everywhere in the Côtes d'Armor. To give you an idea of what will quickly be accessible to you around:
In about 30 minutes you are: by the sea, in the bay of Saint Brieuc, in Cap Fréhel, in Moncontour, in the center of Dinan or Dinard, in Saint Malo or in the valley of Rance. In fifty minutes you are in Rennes and in one hour in Paimpol, the island of Bréhat or Mont Saint Michel... In a few more minutes, you can discover Ploumana'h, the favorite village of the French on the coast of pink granite. 


You can at leisure escape, entertain, discover the region or recharge in contact with an authentic place where water, rock and light merge. This region, once crossed by a Roman road, is rich in history. From the XIIth century the city was extended thanks to the monks of Marmoutiers who built a dike and dried up the marsh around the old castle now disappeared. Who has Brittany without Jugon has chape without chaperone"pronounced in 1373 by Bertrand du Guesclin (an important figure in the 100-year-old war, the eldest son of the lord of La Motte Broons, near Jugon-les-lacs and buried near the kings of France in the abbey of Saint Denis) became the motto of Jugon-les-lacs. Witnessing a laborious past, wheat mills have lost their wheel by keeping all their superb over the city’s waterways. The old tanneries have retained their skylights. In the historic center, pedestrian paths allow to discover a remarkable granite building and medieval half-timbered houses...

Every evening, with the spirit of the party, it will be easy for you to attend a concert, a show or a night market. Every Friday evening in July and August, a concert is organized in the square of Jugon-les-lacs.

    Reachable on foot in 30 minutes at low tide, the Ébihens archipelago is a sublime bird sanctuary where thousands of seabirds nest. You will also discover a Vauban tower, built to prevent British ships from dropping anchor in the archipelago.
